Virtual Presentation (Online)
A Guide for Virtual Presentation
This conference offers virtual video presentations –
1. | Please upload your paper via the conference website's member center. (We accept both full papers and abstracts). |
2. | Once approved and registration is completed, begin preparing your presentation video (within 10-15 minutes.) Please send directly to the conference secretariat:hkiceas@hkiceas.org and kindly note your Paper ID. |
3. | The presentation videos will be scheduled to play publicly in sessions related to the relevant topics, and all attendees can email the authors to ask questions about the presentation content. |
When opting for virtual presentations, please consider the following video recording suggestions to enhance your presentation content
The presenter on one side of the video,
with text explanations on the other side.
The presenter in the center of the video,
with text explanations below the video.
Slides that include text explanations,
synchronized with the speaker's voice.
The conference offers such presentation options in the hope of enabling scholars or students who wish to present their findings and research to do so without being hindered by factors such as time, distance, financial constraints, and political considerations.
Virtual presentations also provide the same publication opportunities. In addition to having the presentation videos included in the conference schedule, papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Virtual presenters will receive a certificate of presentation and a conference gift after the event. If there are still concerns about the presentation format, please feel free to contact the conference secretariat.
